Harness the Power of Self-Talk addresses the internal narrative that runs constantly in the background of your thinking. It shapes your confidence, your decisions and your resilience in ways most people never examine. This course shows you where that narrative comes from and how to change it.

How the lessons work

Every lesson is focused on a single idea. There's no padding, no repetition and no content for its own sake. Each one either identifies a specific thinking error and shows you how to correct it, or introduces a better mental pattern to replace it with.

Every lesson also comes with a downloadable reflection exercise PDF. These are designed to take what you've just learned and apply it directly to your own situation. The reflection exercises are where the real work happens.
